Description:
Aroma: Lemons and freshly grilled meats. A touch of espresso and light licorice with semisweet dark chocolate. Sultanas and warm dates develop along with rich, dark coal smoke.
Palate : Rich campfire smoke and toffee. Bitter lemon and tangerine peels. Ginger spice joins flavors of dark chocolate and star anise. Peat develops with a classic medicinal Islay note, while hints of cherry and dried raspberry unfold.
