The Blair Athol 2007/2025 comes from Signatory's neighborhood in the Highland town of Pitlochry. It was matured there for 17 years in sherry butts. Initially filled with Oloroso, these butts underscored the voluminous character of this rare single malt: spicy, nutty, and with robust sherry notes. As with all bottlings in the series, the absence of chill filtration and the purely natural coloring contribute to the unbridled enjoyment.
