Produced in an alpine climate: the Mars Komagatake IPA Cask Finish 2024. It is finished in a cask pre-filled with India Pale Ale, a medium-dark beer brewed with heavy hops at the neighboring Minami Shinshu Beer Komagatake Brewery. The single malt has a fresh, vibrant aroma with citrus fruits, a sweetness reminiscent of grapefruit and lime, and a spicy, pleasantly bitter aftertaste, making it an excellent base for a highball.
