Distilled in Japan's highest-altitude whisky distillery, Mars Komagatake White Dragon reflects the crystal-clear mountain landscape. A large proportion of bourbon casks, but also lightly peated whisky (3.5 ppm) from sherry casks, creates a structured, pure single malt in which bright fruit notes and dried plums combine with acacia honey, hazelnuts, and light tannins.
