Aroma: Roasted vanilla pods and charred hay are caressed by a sea breeze. As the whisky develops in the glass, dark, bold notes of BBQ oranges and oregano mingle with charcoal smoke.

Palate : Impressions of sea salt and lemongrass in the foreground balance dark notes of grilled fish, brown sugar, and light tobacco smoke. The salty notes intensify as the whisky seems to glide across the palate, increasingly reminiscent of honeydew melon wrapped in Parma ham. The melon and rock salt linger with sooty smoke that carries a hint of sweetness long afterward.
